Upright Sprinklers Early Suppression Fast Response Model GS320U, 22.4 K-factor (ESFR).
GENERAL DESCRIPTION.
The GS fire Sprinkler of the ESFR-320 type are fast acting irrigation systems for early fire suppression, havenig a nominal k-factor 320(22.4) respectively and operating in fire suppression mode.They are bestused as ameans of protecting high-capacity ware houses without the use of in-rack irrigation systems.
OPERATION
The GS fire Sprinkler of the ESFR-GS320U and GS320P Sprinklers uses a fusible alloy welding element. When the temperature rises to the operating temperature, the fusible alloy melts, causing the metal sheet to separate, and then all the support parts are detached from the nozzle frame, opening the water channel, and distributing water through the splashtray.

INSTALLATION.
1.Before installation, all installation personnel must be trained;
2.The nozzle must be unpacked and checked before installation to eliminate transportation damage; 3.Please use the original packaging box for storage and transportation. In any case, each wine nozzle should be placed separately to prevent mutual damage;
3.Please use the original packaging box for storage and transportation. In any case, each wine nozzle should be placed separately to prevent mutual damage;
4.The nozzle must not bump during installation; The sprinkler installation site is not allowed to cross construction may cause damage to the sprinkler;
5.It is strictly prohibited to install the nozzle on the short riser stacking, moving;
6.The sprinkler installation should be in the system after pressure test, flushing qualified;
7.The sprinkler must be installed using a fixed bracket with the appropriate opening size, do not use adjustable wrenches or pipe clamps. The maximum installation torque of the nozzle shall not be greater than 30N•m;
8.The nozzle connection thread is strictly prohibited from using hemp, should use polytetrafluoroethylene (commonly known as raw material tape) or non-curing pipe thread connection agent;
9.When installing the sprinkler head, the sprinkler after removing the protective clip, check the nozzle carefully. If the frame and splash tray of the nozzle are deformed or the release element is damaged and deformed, the nozzle of the same specification and model should be replaced.
